Prior to establishing SuccessRealities, LLC, I was the Vice President of Professional Services for a leading provider of learning and development management software. Performance management is a passion I intend to share with leaders worldwide. My career began as an educator of technology after completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems. 

I focus on the individual’s talents within an organization which allows me to garner excellent results for my clients. The basis of my work is the coaching techniques of Martha Beck, best-selling author, and columnist for O: Oprah’s Magazine. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), the same tools and tips created by Dr. Beck are leveraged to help individuals and groups find their purpose and define their strategy for success.
